  1. New feature: Autopilot Building Mode

    Improvement
    Announcement
    Integration

    Hey!

Autopilot helps you keep your projects moving, even when you’re not actively working on them.

When it’s enabled, you’ll start receiving emails from Shipper with feature ideas for your current project and suggestions for new projects you could build. You can reply directly to those emails with what you want done!

For example: “build features 1, 3, 5 and start idea #2” 👉 Shipper will take that and add everything to your build queue automatically.

No need to log in. Just reply and it moves forward.

    You can control:

how often you get emails (daily, weekly, etc.)

    the tone of the messages

whether you want higher-quality suggestions using more advanced AI

We’ve also added safeguards so it doesn’t get spammy.

If you stop opening the emails, it automatically pauses.

This is just the first version! Next, we want to push this further into full back-and-forth building over email, with better context and smarter suggestions.

You can enable Autopilot in your project settings.

Try it on one project and see how it feels 👍

  2. New Update: Smarter suggestions (save your credits!)

    Improvement
    Announcement

    hello!

AI builders usually jump straight into building… even when they shouldn’t.

    We just fixed that.

Shipper now understands what you actually mean before using credits.

If your request can be handled with an existing feature, it’ll suggest that instead:

🔁 “Revert changes” → suggests Version History (free)

✏️ “Change text” → suggests Visual Edit

🖼 “Add images” → suggests Media Library

📄 “Build a PDF” → suggests Document Generation

    You’ll get a quick suggestion + choice:

→ use the feature (free, faster)

→ or build anyway (if you prefer)

Result: less wasted credits, faster edits, smoother experience.

This is live now. More improvements coming soon 👀

  3. New Update: Plan Mode just got a lot more flexible.

    Improvement
    Announcement

    Hi,

You can now go beyond the initial set of questions. After answering, you’ll see a new “Plan more” button that lets you continue the conversation and dive deeper into your idea.

Instead of stopping after a few prompts, Shipper keeps exploring with you, helping you refine the concept before anything gets built.

This is part of a bigger direction where Shipper doesn’t just execute, but actually helps you think through what you’re building first.

  4. New Update: EMAIL SENDING!!

    New Feature
    Announcement
    Integration

You can now set up and send emails directly inside Shipper.

    What’s live now:

    • create and manage emails inside your project
    • turn email sending on or off anytime
    • disable individual emails from the list
    • use your own custom sending domain
    • delete emails with confirmation, so it’s harder to mess things up by accident

A few small UX improvements also went in, like cleaner naming and less technical wording around variables/slugs.

This is the first version, so for now the focus is simple:

make email sending work well, feel easy to use, and be reliable inside the app builder.

Later on, we’ll likely expand this with things like:

    sequence visibility

    delivery / bounce tracking

more context around which email was sent and when

Would love feedback once you try it, especially if anything feels confusing, missing, or breakable.

  5. NEW Update: Convert websites to mobile apps!

    Announcement
    Integration
    New Feature
    Improvement

    Hi,

We just shipped a pretty fun feature...

You can now paste any website URL, and Shipper will turn it into a mobile app automatically.

Here’s roughly what happens behind the scenes:

    • Shipper researches the website to understand what the product/company does

    • It analyzes screenshots of the site to capture the visual design

    • It generates a full mobile app project based on that context

    • Then it builds the app so you can immediately start editing or extending it

The idea is simple: Already have a website → want an app for it → just paste the URL.

Check it out and let us know what you think!

  6. New Update: GPT-5.4 is now in Shipper!

    Improvement
    Integration
    New Feature

    Hey guys!

Shipper now runs on GPT-5.4 for certain tasks.

The newest OpenAI model just shipped yesterday, and we’ve already started rolling it out inside Shipper.

For tasks that require deeper reasoning, complex coding, and longer planning, Shipper can now tap into GPT-5.4’s better context and improved agent workflows.

    This means:

    better architecture planning

    cleaner code generation

    stronger multi-step builds

fewer retries when apps get complex

It’s noticeably better at long workflows and reasoning across big projects.

Most people won’t see the model switch.

They’ll just notice Shipper getting things right more often.

  7. Introducing Shipper Earn 👋

    Improvement
    Integration
    Announcement

    Hurray!!!

    We are introducing "Shipper Earn"

All you need to start earning is:

Build apps for your own clients

Get monthly recurring revenue and track it in Shipper

    0.00% fees

Now you can build apps for clients with Shipper and charge them directly.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Build a website, web app, mobile app, or extension for a client

    • Connect your Stripe account

    • Charge subscriptions or one-off payments

    • Track MRR and clients directly inside Shipper

Your client pays, and you keep 100% of the revenue.

    We don’t take a cut.

    You can also:

    • Share preview links with clients during development

    • White-label the experience with your brand name

    • Keep projects active only while billing is active

So instead of just building apps, you can build client revenue streams with them. If you’re a freelancer or agency, this basically turns Shipper into your client work platform.

    Build → deliver → bill → manage.

    All in one place.
